Once registration is closed, the competition operates and plans according to the budget of fees and registrations received. Therefore, entry fees will not be refunded after the entry deadline unless no competition exists, or the event is canceled. There will be no refunds for medical withdrawals. All single skater events will still compete with one skater and will receive a medal.
