There will be NO RESETS two weeks prior to the test session or after the schedule is posted, WHICHEVER IS EARLIER. Resets after registration is submitted and prior to the two week/schedule posting deadline will incur a fee. In the case of injury, reschedules after the two week/schedule posting deadline may be granted at the discretion of the Test Chair and the Board of Texas Gulf Coast Figure Skating Club. If a reset is granted, a fee of $25 will be incurred. Requests must be made BY THE COACH in writing and a medical note must be submitted.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON TEST SESSION FEES UNLESS THE SESSION IS CANCELLED OR AN APPROPRIATE JUDGING PANEL CANNOT BE SEATED.

US Figure Skating requires that all testing skaters be CURRENT, FULL members of USFSA, NOT BASIC SKILLS or LTS. It is the responsibility of the skater and his or her coach to ensure membership is current, and correct, BEFORE submitting the test registration form. Skaters who apply for a test session may be denied registration if his or her USFSA membership is not current, or the correct one, at the time the registration is submitted. If the membership is not current, or correct, at the time of registration and the final registration date passes before the membership is made current, the $25 late registration fee will be applied.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR MEMBERSHIPS NOT BEING CURRENT OR HAVING THE INCORRECT TYPE OF MEMBERSHIP.
